NOTICE: BRP Temporary Closure Through Mid-February
BRP has scheduled a temporarily suspension of operations at the end of January until February 6, 2023.
Although we will be able to resume placing orders with BRP at that time, we anticipate a backlog of requests from their dealer network which may delay ordering and shipping times by an additional week or more until operations fully resume.
Will I still be able to order parts during this closure?
Yes, we will continue operations as normal at PartsPitStop. We will submit your order when BRP opens their system for ordering once again. Note: some parts may already be in stock at PartsPitStop. Please call for details.
Does this closure affect all parts orders?
No, some parts may be available already in our available warehouse stock. You can reach us at 866-601-3827 and we can provide a realtime search of our extensive inventory for the part you need. Note: this closure only affects BRP parts.
Which brands does this affect?
This closure affects parts for Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo (including Switch parts), and Can-Am (including offroad and Spyder & Ryker parts). This closure does not affect any of the other manufacturers we offer.
Will you notify me if my order is delayed?
Yes, we will attempt to contact you at the email or phone number you have provided if we anticipate a delay, backorder, or product unavailability. We will contact you as soon as we have the most current information from BRP.
What is the set date BRP expects to resume operations?
BRP has set a date of February 6, 2023 for when order communications will resume, but the factories will not be at full operation at that time. Further, we anticipate a backlog of orders through PartsPitStop and from the dealer network which may incur further delays. Therefore we have set a target timeframe of mid-February when we anticipate operations should fully resume without any delay.
When does this suspension begin?
BRP will suspend all operations and ordering communications on January 25, 2023, but they have already begun the process of winding down certain programs and support on January 20. If you place an order before the 25th of January, we anticipate your order to arrive in 1-4 business days as usual. Orders placed after this date may incur a delay.
